    Have you reversed diabetic complications?

    When I turned 50, I went to my GP to get a checkup and had to work hard to convince him that he should take a blood test. The result was bg of 7.2 and repeated at 7.3 and blood chol = 5.5. I was shocked. GP said to lose half a stone. Retinopathy showed some damage.Immediately did google search...
