Hi Since my recent accident and researching more surrounding my type 2 diabetes I have been having a lot of adverts for smart watches that monitor blood sugar readings, they are normally of unknown brands and was wondering if anybody had any experiences of these to share with a Newbie

Well after a week of readings in excess of 15 this mornings little win is 14.9. Still excessively high I know and worrying me but my Surgery refuse to do anything or take it seriously just fobbing me off as nothing to worry about :inpain:

Shocked it is 15.8 this morning that is after not eating for 11 hours
