Iv been on trulicity for 4 weeks only 1st day felt slightly nauseous , I’m putting my lack of symptoms down to omeprazole protecting my gut. Maybe suggest to your doctor. Working really well otherwise dropped 15 pound in 3 weeks.

Week 2 just gave myself 2nd injection and didn’t hurt this much last week! Anyway survived the first week, minimal side effects and lost 6 pound, I don’t check blood sugars just do 3 monthly HbA1c which was 74 before starting. Hoping week 2 is as plain sailing.

Hi all, new to the forum. I started on trulicity last Thursday, read many of the horror stories and was fearing the worst. Already on omeprazole and perhaps this is why (touch wood) I’m tolerating it. 1st day severe nausea and then nothing apart from fullness and ever so slight abdo pains.
