June 2022. 71 by now was on trulicity , gliclizide, started on metformin as well as anti hypertensive drugs and poorly controlled asthma. Also seeing chiropractor for chronic back pain. BMI 38, weight 15st 10lbs. Pointed to this forum and started LCHF diet towards end June after results.
Aug 2022 HBa1C 49. No longer on anti hypertensive medication. Back pain resolved, asthma vastly improved. Now only on metformin x1 day and trulicity x1 week, in process of coming off aim for remission. BMI now 32.6 weight 13st 8lbs.
Oct 2022 Hba1c 41 weight 12st 12lbs bmi 30.9 now lost 40lbs.still taking trulicity and metformin
