Hi kerry, Sorry to read your feeling poorly :( I do suffer from headaches also, usually after a hypo or an extended period of high sugars (over 9). Can last for a few days after but does go away once sugars are stable. If they do persist re visit your gp. Hope your feeling better soon...

Had the problem of spikes at breakfast, to reduce spike I tried injecting more insulin but then had to feed the insulin for the last two hours to prevent hypo. I did experiment injecting earlier and now inject 45 mins before eating breakfast. No spike, no hypo. This only applies to breakfast...
