    Thank you for that. It's all a bit of a mystery to me. they are hoping to put her on a pump end of Feb, beginning of march. Really optimistic about the pump, just terrified about how she will tolerate having it permanently attached, can't even get her to wear her ID bracelet!!!!!! sharon x

    hello, My daughter was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes a year ago. She has been on a basal bolus routine for the last year. despite a good Hb1 (about 8 - informed not bad for a toddler), her levels peak after meal times & make her very cranky at the time & don't tend to return to normal level...
