i started on 8 and got lots of bruises, now on 5 but a 4mm sounds fab, don't know if they have them here,i'm also going to ask at my next appointment

Re: Just out of interest - do you have diabetes in the famil I was diagnosed type1 in july last year aged 44, big shock, always been slim, active and healthy. No one EVER in my family has had diabetes. I have four children and wonder because i've only got it now will they not get it through...

thank you phoenix, i'll have a look in decathlon, The only thing i found was "energy booster" by isostar, in the supermarket about 20g in each tube.

never heard of these, do you put the tabs in water, don't think they have them here, but to be far, i've never looked :)

i'm on novorapid and lantus solosar. The novorapid is fine, but i often have a sting like a bee from the Lantus, i'm also on low doses and didn't realise you couldn't use after 28 days, i'm sure i use mine longer than that :?

I just had a bit of a shock. I was just sitting down happily on my laptop, and suddenly felt dizzy (has those i was on a fairground ride), not my usual signs of shaking and sweating. I said to my husband, "i think i meant be having an hypo, when i tested myself...OMG, the machine said "LO"...
