I did fasting this morning which was 6.6 then I had grilled bacon, poached egg and tinned tomatoes with 2 small slices of toast and 2 hours later was still only 7.6 so better than yesterday but still to high isn't it. I am on Lisiniprol which is an ace inhibitor not beta blocker. So do you guys think that my hb1ac reading of 6.9 I am going to be told my impaired glucose is now type 2? I am ok with this as long as I get the right advice on the best way to eat and try to reduce my glucose levels.
