Mine was 5.4 when I got up at 4:30AM, higher than I like as I spike with Foot-to-floor syndrome within 30 minutes of rising. Regardless of what my waking BG is, I infuse 1.5-2.0 units of Novorapid (split between immediate and extended bolus) prior to getting out of bed. D Nice to meet you...

So far today, 1 large Tim Horton's coffee with dbl heavy cream (I'm T1D, new to the forum and from Canada, where it's only 8:30AM) I generally eat only one meal a day (OMAD), sometime mid-to-late afternoon.
