Hi, Iam newly diagnosed type 2 diabetic and im doing everything that my Doctor advised me to do, i take metformin twice a day 500mg after breakfast and another 500mg after dinner, i am trying to eat well and i do exercise sessions full on twice a week, but my blood sugars are in the 3's and 4's...
