Initially i started with 1200 calories diet control plan but than from this forum i learn that calories is not important carb is important so i reduce my carb intake now am not measuring my calories. My current diet is same as u quoted and i shared in my other post as well

Yes am sure my HBA1C is 6.8%. Here in karachi its also count in diabetic range and not in pre diabetic but my endocrinologist said ur pre diabetic i even asked him should i repeat this test he said repeat it after 3month. Right now only continue with glucophage 750mg twice a day
