After 30+ years of obesity, I've finally dropped over 20kg through extended and intermittent fasting. I now pretty much only eat real foods and mainly low carb. I'm about to start doing some "fast exercise" after buying Michael Mosely's book called fast exercise. Whilst my hba1c is now fine and my regular home measured BSL is below 5.5, I feel like I could be doing better. I take somac for reflux and would like to come off that and I have another 5 to 10kg to loose and am putting weight back on slowly.
