Hi thank you I am taking humulin m3 twice a day 18ml morning 10 of a evening

I am going out for dinner and unsure when to take my insulin. Can I do it before I leave at 5.30 but not eating until 7.30pm . Only resently been on insulin but type 2 . Thanks

Is there a best diet plan to fllow that helps with the diabetics , or is just a case of trying differnt things like what should i aviod most (choc i know lol ). Nurse not told me much. Theresa

Hi All went to docs on friday and she has put me on 10ml of meth??? , but when i checked packet before taking i had been prescribe 500mg instead so have not taken them and will go back to doc tommorrow to see what has happened. Theresa Thank you both for your advise

Hi ALL I went to see nurse to get my blood results curenlty type 2 no meds yet my results were as follows fasting was 7.9 Hbc1 i think thats what she called it was 48.6 she said this was high and has referred me back to doc cos she feels that she may put me on tabs . Would love to know some...

n sure if this helps but my doc has said that i am type diabetic and my sugar level in morning after fasting was 7.9 , although mine at the moment is controled by weight loss. Also new to this x Good Luck x

Hi All I have only been diagonised with type 2 this week and iam quite confused about it all cant see nurse for another 2 weeks , they are hoping to manage it with diet. my count was 7.9 . I have been doing a food diary since seeing the doc but wondered what was best to read. Thanks Tbird xx
