    Hi , A lot of my current diet is fruit , porridge,chicken ,steak , salads, or wholewheat pasta with a freshly made chilli con carne or bolognese . As I’m newly diagnosed I’m still figuring out what is good or bad for me , I’ve got some help from a dietician too .
