I am 61, widowed nearly nine months ago, work at a computer which is not idea, need to get moving more, and lose more weight, and get the carbs down a bit more. Three children (girls, two married, one getting married next year). Hate medical drugs, would love to get off everything but probably not possible now - in my 12th year of Type II. Impeccable A1c in years 1-6, slipped a bit in years 6-12, and not really getting any easier.
