I've have been on this for almost 10 years, I'm just wondering if many other use it? Do you have any problems with it? Are there any better insulins? I have managed with it to a degree, but it always seems as if I'm not getting enough of one and too much of the other. Keeping my numbers steady...

2am this morning I was 5.2, when I awoke I was at 7.3. I don't eat past 6pm and only drink water, not a lot either, due to heart problems. My bloods are a always the same 2am lowish 9am high ish.
