Hi I am 73 yrs for the last 4 yrs doctors have been altering my medication so much at has made me ill. I try and work out every day. They say I am obese I have a 48" chest and 36" waist I have 15% fat. every time they change my medication I get seriously ill. And it stops me from working out. I had spinal operation in February 2017 and that has worked really well the surgeon said my bone density was far above normal
the operation was to take one and half hours it took three and a half hours. The last three weeks before my operation I was in a wheel chair. Two days after I was walking not very well but I was out of the wheel chair. I had to learn to walk again and still am learning. Will finish this later
