    Hi all. I was diagnosed in Feb with Type 2. My levels were 53mmol and 7.1. My latest blood test came back at 40mmol. What does this mean please?

    Hiya. Feeling a bit better about things thanks. Went to GP today re symptoms - I am badly iron deficient :( At least that made me feel better about things too. Also explains why I've felt so awful. Thank you again for all your help. I'm still 'frazzled', but getting there xxx

    Think maybe I have cut down on food intake too much - compared to what I used to eat anyway!!! Would say I am eating approx. a quarter - although my diet was absolutely disgraceful :(

    Hi. I am eating plenty of fruit and veg. Have oats for breakfast, light lunch (normally salad or ryvita) and then evening meal which I tend to have small jacket potato, salad and maybe fish. Think I have maybe cut down too much?? Very hard when I was given no real advice :(
