One morning later checked before Coffee or shower, a reading of 8.5, it was 9.5 yesterday. I feel not very good in the mornings when I get up, takes me an hour or two to come to myself, that is without any alcohol the previous night, I just accept it as part of life.

I have not checked mine for a few weeks I am type2, but I checked an hour after a cup of coffee, and a very short walk down to put in my prescription in and it was 9.5, must check it more.

Thanks Daibell I hope through time I will get a clearer picture, my GP has given me test strips on prescription and suggests that I test my levels twice a week.
