    Taken Lantus in morning instead of evening.. What may happen

    Morning all. I changed this week, Thursday, to taking my long acting (lantus) insulin from morning to evening. This morning I totally forgot and have had my full dose at 9am rather than 6pm. Can anyone advise of what to expect or if you've done this. I take 16 units.
