- Cycle 12-25 miles, approx 4-7 times a week (depending on weather conditions - more when weather permits) - update 3x lots of civid have killed my stamina so I'm now lucky if I get out once a week to 3-5 miles

- Not having sweet stuff to eat often enough !! But I make a lot of my own without sugars
