Moderate as have problem with a broken left heel which years ago did not receive the correct treatment so can be very painful. Cycle 2-3 times per week.

All my 9 grandchildren and family absolutely fabulous ! Golf, theatre, cinema, food and good wine, having been a professional chef for 30years+, French cuisine, holidays , travelling

Having no money to enjoy life and spend it with the family.
