    Two months. Yes, it helps get my bloods down and stay down. My fasting is down to 10.0 on goods days, down from over 20 on some occasions. You have to be rigid though which is really tough. I walk about 10 miles a day with my dog and to and from work and more at the weekends. Without exercise...

    Don't eat breakfast. OMAD, Beef mince with legumes and carb free noodles.
