6.1 and HBA1C recorded last week at 40. Downn from 44 in February, and 51 at diagnosis in November 2024. 18kg lost in weight through low car diet and exercise. I've rarely felt better.

5.9 which seems unusually low for me as my diabetes nurse says my usual 7-8 count is normal 'morning syndrome' level as the glucose is released from the liver on waking. I'm not moaning...just observing
Hmm...interesting this....prior to my T2 diagnosis (HBA1C of 50 dammit) my early morning waking up numbers were always 8.5 plus. I was told this was quite normal as liver stores glucose until waking and then floods the body in order to kick start us into the day. Since diagnosis and metformin...
