Hi, Sandy. Welcome to the forums. I'm also in the US (NE NC). I'm T2 on insulin and Janumet. I use a CGM, but always check with my meter if my readings seem off for me. I use a Walmart ReliOn Platinum because it connects with mySugr.
Peanut butter & cheese whole grain crackers, coffee for breakfast.
Cabbage, potatoes, ham steak, and mandarin orange for lunch.
Haven't decided for supper yet.
Breakfast - ham and egg on keto wrap, coffee.
Lunch - salad with cucumbers, tomatoes, ham, cranberries, sunflower seeds, 2 Tbsp croutons, Ranch dressing.
