    I tested last night and my BG was 4.3. When I woke up this morning, my BG was 4.4.

    It seems to work for me. I have a jelly pot for breakfast and although that is essentially flavoured water, it does have 1g or so of carb so there's something there. I do have a meter but I've not used it in years. Do you think I might get a spike from a glucose dump?

    Breakfast

    When I'm working, I have a low sugar jelly pot for breakfast then one again for elevesies. When I'm not working, I have Asda's sausage patties. They taste exactly the same as McDonald's McMuffin sausages and are under 1g in carbs. Ideal.

    Very very low carb sausages

    Morrison's range of 'Best' sausages are all really low in carbs and taste nice enough. Plenty of choice with regards to flavour as well - Aberdeen Angus, Pork & Apple, Chorizo etc.

    Yeah, I'm the same. I've been using curry powder to make cornation chicken, garlic salt for seasoning etc.
