I have been pre diabetic for many years and recent bloods came back as 43 ...however I feel rubbish , really sore tongue , swollen ankles feet and hands...no energy what do ever ..constantly thirsty and up all night to the toilet ...and always hungry even after eating a huge meal about 1/2 hr...
