Hi, I was diagnosed Type Two about two months ago now.. Bit of a shock but I accepted it and with the help of metformin and change of diet, I lost 11lb in four weeks and my mmol dropped.. However, I'm struggling to keep on the straight and narrow right now.. Maybe I haven't accepted this as well...
