    Thanks Paule, I gave Abbott a call as suggested and eventually they said it was probably interference with Blue Tooth and that I should switch Blue tooth off. Not a lot of good as I need Blue Tooth switched on for other reasons. So i have to put up with the error messages. Clearly the product...

    Type 1 Scan error

    Hi, I am new to the Freestyle Libre 2 sensor and am using it in conjunction with my android phone. I keep getting a scan error for Novopens, but I don't use a scannable pen. Does any one know how to switch the message off?
