Type 2. Glucose 140. Ac1 6.8 Metformin. 500mg. 2xday I’ve been pre-diabetic for several years. I really lost touch as far as my diet. I suppose the carbs finally got to me.

Just diagnosed yesterday. Feeling pretty down. I was always able to keep it down with diet and exercise. Haven’t been able to exercise due to injury. Injury getting better but not yet. It does run in my family. Just a bit overwhelmed at the moment.
