I actually had similar issues- i reported them in a post called "f
Freestyle Libre sensor Serious inaccuracies- Help us improve this!"
Perhaps use Glimp. It should help...
Tim again thx for your VERY informative response.
First off, indeed the Israeli version is similar to the European one (not the USA version). So hopefully the USA one is better. Nonetheless, in any event, there are similar complaints in the USA as i shared with you.
You noted a very valid...
Tim
Thx again for the time.
So, in a nutshell, lets all help all diabetics WW and share with the FDA as well, that the libre is a GREAT pattern displayed, but requires help in the actual accurate presentation of the BG value (before making decisions on whether to provide a bolus or not)...
Wow, i really hope and believe its better than 50%..... Incidentally, I to wasn't that impressed with the Abbott responsiveness (i mean i understand Abbott- they prefer attending to all the happy users and perhaps not invest too much in those few who are unhappy- unless they really have to...)...
Actually, I've been using the 14 day version only. I never used anything else.... Does that still make sense? Despite me using the 14 day version, and the person i quoted in the USA too, where one is supposed to read off the libre the actual BG level and calculate a bolus, we (Caloah and I and...
Tim,
Thank you very much. I was indeed missing a point and thanks for elaborating. I REALLY appreciate your comments and taking the time to share with me these pieces.! The last thing I, or anyone in this great community i hope, would like to do is deprive the so many successful Libre users of...
Tim. Thx for prompt reply.

Per the rest of teh world, you bet the libre affects insulin dosage- pls look at whats happening in UK. DItto for the US. The MARD is irrelevant...
Tim,
First off, thx for your detailed and VERY informative reply. Your perception is very well backed and seems to be very well educated.
Per the points you made it, you are correct. The device DOESN'T have to work for everyone. Its fine even if it works for just 10% of the target audience...

I agree. But don’t give up. Report it to the authorities (NHS in UK and FDA in USA) and they will get Abbott (the freestyle libre manufacturer) to fix it. Its not complicated at all- Those libre guys just have to listen and not ignore us. Don’t give up. See my thread We will have a better...
Hey i agree! So why not report it to the UK NHA and USA FDA and get them to fix it! Its not complicated at all. I actually discuss it in a recent post of mine from Friday per the libre! Dont give up!. We will get a better controlled life- trust me!!!
I agree. But dont give up. Report it to...

You experience is i guess an extreme case of what i reported in an earlier post "
Freestyle Libre sensor Serious inaccuracies- Help us improve this!" Take a look. Something like that never happened to me and i would strongly suggest contacting the Abbott help desk. Im sure they can help...
