Dont stop taking your normal lantus dose as was mentioned by a previous post. You will not learn anything this way.
The only way to know for sure is to test your BG before going to bed. Then set your alarm clock for every 2-3 hours and check it during the night. I know its not convienent but...

If you are using Novorapid with your evening meal are you sure that 4 hours have elapsed before going to bed? It could still be working when you are testing before going to sleep and your blood sugar could still be dropping. If you are sure that it is not that, it has to be the Lantus.
