    I tried to find something sugar free all I could fine was 1 Cal lemonade , Tab Cola and Orbit chewing gum abs obviously diabetic seeers which weren’t really sugar free

    When I my mum asked why the disposable plastic syringes weren’t available on prescription she was told because they are a “ luxury “. Diabetics only got plastic syringes on prescription after drug addicts were given free syringes during the AIDS development.

    I agree with @ Antje77 the needle will retract once you put the sensor on . I did once have a incident when the needle didn’t retract but that’s a very rare occurrence

    I’ve used my inner triceps or as long as I can remember plus have used my belly my chest my thigh , all without any problems , I’ve probably used everywhere other than where Abbot recommend , I know that sounds a bit blasé but I do check against a finger prick just to be the skool swat hehehe
