    change from Insulatard to Lantus , how many units to use ?

    Hi everyone I'm going to change from Insulatard to Lantus (i'm type 2 ) .I'm currently take 24 units of Insulatard once a day at 9 pm ,but i want to change to LAntus one a day at the same time but i dont know how many units of lantus i should use? Can you give me advice pls ? Thank you all .
