Thank you for replying, I am so confused about all this. So I guess that the slim and save would be OK to try and certainly just as good as anything else. I am being monitored by my GP who wants to see me once a week (more if necessary) and as part of that she wants me to take daily blood sugar...

Can someone please give me a definitive answer as to which Meal Replacement Shakes are best for the Newcastle Diet, I have searched the forums and can't find any really positive answers, I have been looking at Slim and Save but ALL their shakes contain sugar (as listed below). Not really sure if...
