Does Anybody Do Low Carb And Not Eat Veggies

I eat very few veggies on LCHF. If I do, it's usually spinach, broccoli, cucumber or lettuce in small portions. I take a multivitamin but I always have done and as far as I know I have no deficiencies. You could always take a look at the What have you eaten today? thread in the LCHF section of...

Amazing news about your migraines @Goonergal. So interesting what this diet can help with! Against my better judgement today I ate a large chocolate chip cookie. Was amazed to find my sugars only raised by 1 mmol/L after 2 hours. Hope this is a good sign of progress, although I have no...

Hello all, hope you had a lovely weekend! Kept mostly low carb this weekend, went to a food festival and didn't order anything but had two of the other half's nachos with sour cream, chilli, guacamole, cheese and salsa. Definitely could have demolished the whole try but two was enough to...

    Low carb online shop

As a bread addict they're helping me to retain my sanity in the early transition to a low carb diet. Without them I think I would be utterly miserable on this diet and would be more inclined to go on a carb binge, so for now, they're worth every penny to me.

Thanks Ian. :) Think I was just having a wobble - it's only been a month, everything's still relatively new so I'm still adapting to change. I figured even at 7.7 in the morning, that level is better than it was when I was ignorant of my prediabetes, so it can only get better.
