    Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

    10.6 this morning. 8.6 yesterday. This is after 14 hours of fast and being up for 2 hours. On slow release metformin for about 6 months now but my morning levels remain high.

    when you are told that having a little isn’t a problem by registered dietitians and health professionals people will do just that. People can’t change a lifetime of habits without the right information, support and motivation.
