Virdee1968

Diabetic for over 20 year. Started on diet controlled but moved quickly onto tablet control. Used to play football twice a week but haven't played since I was put on insulin in 2000. Recently found inspiration from reading Dr Tim Noakes and finally I have hope that my diabetes can be cured.
