Declared Type 2 Diabetic by NHS when my numbers went off the scale told that I would be on Metformin for a few years and then on insulin my an NHS Nurse !!
Diet and Tablet controlled would like to be diet only

I hate being Diabetic but I hate peoples ignorance about the subject even more.
