    On diagnosis I had constant pins and needles, after several months that went away, eyes are fine, but my kidneys - which were ok on diagnosis - are now showing signs of unfair wear and tear :D

    Tut-Tut @Guzzler you know only too well that 'classic coke' is 0% fat, but loads of sugar. Just shows how ingrained the anti-fat propaganda has become :)

    Feel good today, after weeks of gout, a knee the size of a baby's bum I got a walk in, shame the rest of the county chose the same spot!! 2 miles of that, and then ½hour on the treadmill when I got home. Knee in ice now - just a precaution

    I am in the same boat!!! Do not see a lot of point in stabbing away, I know within a tiny margin what it will be. There is just too much cortisol sloshing round. For me this site is about motivation and encouragement, wouldnt want to deflate you all

    Only 20% of your cholesterol is dependent on what you eat, your liver makes the other 80%, so dont worry too much. I would (and do) prioritize, and BS would be No1 for me
