Here goes again been up for an hour now feel like going back to bed ....if it's not depression it's feeling like all I want to do is sleep ... so frustrating

Nope going back to doctors next week hopefully get appointments then thanks for asking

Woke up fine and happy ...one hour later feel tired and depressed for no reason ?

Can crumpets be bad for me ...tested myself 2 hours after and my reading was 12.2 ??

I believe I do have sleep apnoea awaiting an appointment :-(

More pills !!! Never thought i would get to the stage of needing a pill organiser :-(

Any ideas of why I am sooooooo tired could fall asleep anytime of the day even after 20 mins of being awake?
