I'm struggling with finding something to drink, I'm bored silly of tea and water. I like the occasional mint tea. I also have to be careful of citrus fruit because of my sensitive teeth. I can't stand coffee. Any ideas most welcome please.
I was diagnosed as Type 2 six months ago and have made quite a few changes by eating much more sensibly and walking daily and have lost some of my excess weight, so I am doing something right I think:). I am somewhat confused by some of my readings tho. (I have to take mine before breakfast...
