I'm due to get my pump replaced and after talking to my team have decided to go for the Dash. Does anybody know if there is a blood glucose meter included or will that need to be pur based separately?

My lowest was 0.5. I was waiting to go down to theatre to have my ankle pinned and the sliding scale was not adjusted properly. I told the nurses again and again............had to wait till the following day for my op as a result!!

Hello everyone, Im Wendy and I've been a type 1 diabetic since 1970 when I was diagnosed at the age of 9. I have been using insulin from day one and 8 years ago was lucky to be given a pump. Im a mum to 3 boys and have 2 grandchildren with the third due tomorrow!!
