Why_Me
Diabetic Type 1 sonce 1974. Have been through beef, pork and human insulin; 40mm needles, reusable needles and glass syringes kept in meths; social workers trying to put us into special schools and quaintly being told that "I don't look diabetic".
Most of my working life has been spent outside the UK. I have travelled extensively and have lived around Europe, in the US and Asia. I believe the UK is probably behind in basic Diabetic care.
