    Lancet (re-) use

Hiya. Have recently picked up from a couple of comments on unrelated topics that some people use lancets more than use. As a relative newbie to all this I have been religiously using a new strip (obviously) and new lancet for every test. Can the lancets be reused? Would save a few pennies :)

    Interpreting self-test bg measurements

I was diagnosed T2 in August 2018. HbA1c of 49 so only just! Was also massively overweight and unfit. Strangely, the diagnosis was the best thing that could have happened. 16 months later, 8 stone lighter, gym 3x per week, yoga 1x per week and officially 'in remission' (HbA1c 37). Happy days...

    Feeling demoralised

Hi everyone, 1st ever post. Diagnosed T2 August last year. HbA1c of 49. Very overweight. Through diet and exercise lost 2.5 stone and reduced HbA1c to 41 by end November. Now at end of March lost another 2 stone, fitter than I have ever been but HbA1c only down 1 more point to 40. Cholesterol...
