I am 57 years young and I have had type 2 for several years.
5 years ago I lost a lot of weight and with the help of a personal trainer and a good diet I did reverse it and was able to come off my tablets. I’m now back on the medication and although I still exercise a lot my diet hasn’t been too good and my test results have come back higher than ever so I’m starting again!
I have my PTs help and my Gp and I’m back to low carb my only issue is I also have a stomach problem so I have to have low fat foods as well . So I’m looking for some nice easy recipes especially for lunch.
