Hi Jan, thanks for replying. Really sorry to hear you've had fibromyalgia and ME for so long, I was diagnosed with the former late last year after going to drs for a long time and basically until one enlightened GP finally put it all together was made to feel like a whinger. How do you cope...

Does anyone else out there have type 2 and fibromyalgia, am newly diagnosed diabetic and could really do with some advice on how to manage both conditions as physical activity a problem with fibromyalgia. Many thanks
