I will do that if necessary. At the moment I'm more interested in the comparison of side effects.

I have been changed from Saxagliptin to Alogliptin (because it's cheaper). The side effects of the Alogliptin, although similar to Saxagliptin, seem to last much longer and are concomitantly more unpleasant. Is anyone else experiencing this and have they worked through it?

Changed from Saxagliptin to Alogliptin (cheaper) a week ago. Experiencing prolonged and intense nausia, bloating, indigestion and intestinal hurry. These were occasional symptoms with Saxagliptin. Not able to find any info on comparisons of both drugs.
