What kind of meter is it? Check the instruction booklet it will tell you what the error codes mean.

That looks like an error code.
Different meters have different codes.
They should be in the manual which came with the meter. If you don't have a manual, Google is your friend.

Do you use another meter or are you currently taking your insulin without a clue about your blood sugars?
