I was craving some junk food and when I start I can't stop... I had some crackers, chocolate, brownies, fruit and my usual dinner of meat and vege without rice.. I was expecting my bg levels to go real high but it was 4.3 just now?? Is this normal?
I have had similar experiences my theory is sometimes something very sweet can provoke a release of all the insulin your body has stored in one busrt --- really not a thing to make a habit of.
